Trail guide

See the Old Growth Trail route in 3D.

The Old Growth Trail runs four kilometres one way from the Old Growth parking lot, about four kilometres up the access road, through ancient cedar, Douglas fir, and spruce to the lodge. It climbs 300 metres over about ninety minutes, entirely under a canopy that has stood for centuries. Because it is one way, sort out your return before you start. It pairs naturally with the Rail Trail, which ends at the Old Growth trailhead.
