Returning guests get the first chance to rebook, and released seats go to the waitlist in order. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and is the way most new guests secure a tour, since 97% of guests rebook.

As early as you can. With 97% of guests rebooking their tours, new-guest seats are scarce — joining the waitlist a season ahead is normal. Summer buyouts and weddings typically book 9–18 months out.

Yes. The full 36-guest winter program and the lodges can be bought out for private groups, corporate retreats and celebrations. Dates, rooms and exclusive-use terms are arranged with the concierge.
