Winter dining is exclusively for our cat skiing guests. We do not offer public restaurant reservations in winter.
From the first coffee to the last course, meals follow the rhythm of your ski day.
Before skiing

Coffee and the breakfast buffet before the cats depart.
From 7 a.m.
On the mountain
Lunch in the cats
Lunch travels with you. Your guides choose the moment around the group and conditions.
After the last run
Meet at the Bear
Drinks, snacks, and stories by the fireplace in the original lodge.
The evening
Dinner together
Settle into Tamarack for seasonal cooking and a bottle chosen with our wine team.
Usually 7 p.m. on arrival night; 7:30 p.m. on following evenings.
Your lodge team will confirm the meal schedule for your tour.

Our kitchen works with regional farms, foragers, and producers. Menus follow the season, from local ingredients to dry-aged steaks and a cellar full of discoveries.
