What meals are included in a winter stay?
Breakfast and dinner in Tamarack Lodge plus lunch in the snowcats are part of the multi-day winter package. Alcoholic drinks are additional.
What time is dinner?
Dinner is normally at 7 pm on arrival night and 7:30 pm on following nights, served in Tamarack Lodge. After skiing there is time for the sauna, a pre-booked massage or the Bear Bar first.
Can the kitchen handle dietary requirements?
Yes — tell reservations about allergies and dietary needs well before arrival so the kitchen can plan around the set dinner menu and your other meals.
What is the Bear Bar?
The Bear Bar is the lodge’s après-ski gathering spot in Bear Lodge — drinks, stories and the day’s replay after skiing. In summer the Bear Lodge Bistro serves lunch and dinner with advance reservations.
Is dining available to non-guests?
Winter dining is for lodge guests as part of the program. In summer, the bistro welcomes visitors with a reservation — check the summer dining page for current hours.
What is the food like?
Hearty regional mountain cooking: a full breakfast to start the day, lunch that travels in the snowcat, and a set three-course-style dinner drawing on local producers. The kitchen notes featured local makers on the food philosophy page.
